No I dont. I have no problems with small files or big files. Then again, i don't download from rapidshare or megaupload. I will refrain from preaching against illegal downloads. :-)
For the bug-report, search google for "firefox bug" and click the bugzilla link. But before you do, try a big download from a legal location (e.g. a linux distro). This way you can give them a way to reproduce the problem and make sure it is not caused by "other" factors.
