The edit to page, you have to register on Launchpad [1] and then login on
the Ubuntu.com wiki [2]. Once your are logged on the wiki, you should see a
"Edit" link at the top of the page.

You can laso take the time to join the Ubuntu-be team on Launchpad [3].
finally, you should be albe to re-use your Launchpad account to "login" on
any OpenID-enabled website, like the nearly-ready new Ubuntu one.
