I could provide hosting with Python and install planet but it would take some time before i can do the setup (i'm quite busy atm).
@Pierre Buyle : do you really need it integrated in Drupal (because you can add feeds to Drupal)? A Planet is just a aggregation of feeds, so imho there is no need to log in or something. You can put a link on the front page to the planet page. like i said before, this is just my opinion....
