I think I understand what you mean, but... ubuntu-be is the "Belgian
local community", so everybody who organizes an Ubuntu release party is
part of (and not independent of) ubuntu-be "by definition", right? ;-)
Maybe we should think/discuss about that ("what is ubuntu-be" and "what
should ubuntu-be be") somewhere in the future...
