Hey! As an ex-student Informaticabeheer (2005-2007), I want to say that it's unfortunate that I didn't study at your school. It was mostly programming and we didn't get the chance to see a lot about the technology behind computers and operating systems. But at the University of West-Flanders department PIH (2007-2010), I restored all this damage. In my first semester of PC & Network Technology, I had three weeks in Ubuntu, the second one was 50% Linux, 30% Windows and 20% DOS. A great experience.

Which school is it all about if I my ask? What was the process from idea until use? I what way do you use it? For a part I teach in the study area "Informaticabeheer" (Informatics management?). It's mostly hardware, Windows XP and Windows 2003 server, but I always give some explanation about Linux and let them install Ubuntu. I refer or compare as much as possible. Eg. they learn about boot.ini and its possibilities and I give them some task to compare those options with menu.lst (grub). -- ubuntu-be mailing list / mailto:[email protected] Modify settings or unsubscribe at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-be -- ubuntu-be mailing list / mailto:[email protected] Modify settings or unsubscribe at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-be
