In reply to "Company that promotes foss":

Hey ho,

my father in law is in the board of directors of Oxfam Belgium. I can ask him to put us in contact with the right person. I myself am a rather new ubuntu-user, so I will not be able to convince Oxfam. But you guys might...

I will come back to you if I have any news.

Krist

Hello,

People at the ubuntu booth at fosdem. You may or may not remember a person asking something to you about contacting oxfam and letting them know about the existence of foss in general and ubuntu in particular. Some kind person gave me the name of a company leader "Patrick Decoene", who contacts other companies and vzw's. However I have not found this company. I googled different versions of this name with a lot of search terms about linux, foss etc.
Could somebody enlight me with the name of this company?

Kind regards
J?rgen

Yes I know, but they are not using it on there own pc's. I have been in contact with a lot of people in oxfam stores who have never heard of foss, here and there a manager of a communal store who is interested, but they all point me to Oxfam Belgium for real adoption. Lets not forget that "de wereld winkel" is not managed by the same persons as the people who put foss on pc's. Me as a single individual will not have any impact on oxfam belgium "wereldwinkels". But an organisation or company may.

Kind regards
J?rgen
