Hi, I'm all in favor of more communication and coordination in Ubuntu-be. But Before organizing a synchronous IRC/Jabber/IRL event, I think we should start to define an agenda and address issues that doesn't need discussion. Or a least, give some material and information to allow any interested member to prepare (for) the meeting. A Launchpad Blueprint (seehttps://help.launchpad.net/Blueprint) and a Wiki page could be used for this.
