Actually, in the past we've set up a "local responsible" per province for event booths and similar activities, but only the W-Vl team (and to some degree the O-Vl team for Ghent, which overlaps for 50% with the W-Vl crew) is/was still active. Maybe that gives some indication about the viability of sub-national teams...
