I talked a bit with the developer of the Ubuntu LoCoTeam modules for Drupal, and he agreed something like this map would be great for other teams too. If we want a (hopefully improved) support map integrated with the Drupal site, we should create a wiki page at the following URL: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuDrupal/ContactPointSpecs ... and list there all requirements that we would need or want from a support points map.
