I'm not sure the Belgian colours match with the orange well, but maybe
somebody can make a proposal?

It's a registered trademark, and I don't know how judges decide that
another logo is "too close" or not.  Whether or not a toddler could
colour the logo is not one of the criteria though...  ;)
