I just found that it can be resolved by putting
<meta name="description"
content="Facebook uses this for text!" />
in de source.
I agree that this should be fixed, so I made a bug for it:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-belgium/+bug/720577
In the mean time you can always click the description and alter it yourself.
But I agree that this should be changed quickly.

I don't know who can edit the website, that's why I sent this to the list:
There is something wrong with the share-button at the website,
when I want to share ubuntu-be.org at facebook I see this:
http://voorforums.leerubuntu.org/ubuntube_facebook.png
(I didn't add it as attachment because I don't know if attachments are allowed
/ get approved on a regular base.)
I think it's better to have a text about ubuntu-be there, if it is possible to
change that.
