- Wiki: A page has been added in the wiki to prepare this project: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/BelgianTeam/Website/LinksToAssociations

4. Other questions
a. Laying some foundations - Ubuntu-be.org needs a structure and an organization Notes about a leading council and its mission statement have been added to the wiki page https://wiki.ubuntu.com/BelgianTeam/TeamOrganization. The first section of the page is about defining the agenda for the meeting planned on 25/04 in Vilvoorde . If there is an agreement on the need of an organization, the main issue will be the creation of a leading council which should be active in coordination, support and taking decision when needed in accordance with a mission statement. It will only be 1 step forwards, the rest of the problems, organization, internal rules and procedures, ... will follow. Reactions in the mailing list will be welcome: please participate to this brain storming. Everyone willing to actively participate to this project will be welcome at the first meeting.

b. Membership to the Belgian LoCo team (launchpad): welcome to Bjorn Robijns (Aalst) !
