1. Events
 a. Dipro fair Mechelen – 27/03/2011 - report
Fair with less visitors and  some great talks with people.
jurgentje started with his camera, asking some users "why do you use ubuntu?" A good idea: with collecting such testimonials, we could make a nice video. For the coming events, it is suggested to follow this initiative.

 c.  The Foire du Libre – Louvain-la-Neuve - 06/04/2011

 d. Dipro fair Ghent - 10/04/201

e. Rewics 2011 - Rencontres Wallonnes de l'Internet Citoyen – Charleroi - 04/05/2011 Coordination: Adrien. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/BelgianTeam/2011/Rewics-2011-05-04 and http://www.rewics.be/ . Reservation for the booth was done. As this event is fairly bigger than the last events, we need more volunteers than usually.

 f. Dipro fair Antwerp - 08/05/2011

 g. Release Parties 11.04
A release/install party is planned by wamukota with ACCB Computer Club in Brugge on 11/05/2011.
No other information about other parties.

2. Promotion
a. t-shirts - Update : it is now possible to order via the web-site Ubuntu-be.org.

 b. Flyers 2011
Final design is at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/BelgianTeam/PromotionMaterial/ProposalsFlyers2011 ( Massimiliano V3 (06/04/2011) – Nl). It is decided to order 5.000 flyers (Nl, light - 135g - A6 - recto quadrichrome) for less than 100 euros, delivery and VAT included.

 c. Rollup
See the wiki page https://wiki.ubuntu.com/BelgianTeam/PromotionMaterial/ProposalsRollup2011 The last design Universal version (no text) looks very well.

3. Update Wiki and Web-site
- Web-site: it has been proposed to add links to other FOSS and Lug's in our web-site as a way to have more visibility within the Free Software Community.

- Wiki: the page https://wiki.ubuntu.com/BelgianTeam/Website/LinksToAssociations was added to prepare this project, feel free to add your contribution/comment about promoting Ubuntu and FOSS via links. It could include computer clubs offering Linux/Ubuntu support/promotion.

4. Other questions
a. Laying some foundations - Ubuntu-be.org needs a structure and an organization Notes about a leading council are in the wiki page https://wiki.ubuntu.com/BelgianTeam/TeamOrganization. A lot of comments are already in, feel free to contribute. For who is interested in this issue and willing to actively participate, please add in your agenda the meeting 25/04/2011 - Vilvoorde.

b. Membership to the Belgian LoCo team (launchpad): welcome to a new member, JL (rammstan in launchpad) - no further information about him.
