Dear all, I had a look at the meeting room A8F388 today. It's on the 8th floor (elevator F) with panorama windows and a looong oval table. So I think there will be space for all. Unfortunately there is no wifi, so we'll be depending on install CDs/usb-keys/etc and portable hotspots...
We will probably have an MEP office laptop to look at. They come with Ubuntu as one (of three) boot options but with limited support, so there are not that many users as far as I know. As announced earlier, Henrik Alexandersson will help everybody who needs with badges. Bring a passport or ID (so we don't process any personal data ourselves, but let the EP do that) and meet up at the big red cross here: http://epfsug.eu/wws/arc/epfsug/2011-04/msg00021/ep_map.png <https://webmail.europarl.europa.eu/exchweb/bin/redir.asp?URL=> Please come early (~17h10) if you can, since it might take some time to administer the handing out of badges. Looking forward to see you :-) //Erik -- Erik Josefsson Advisor on Internet Policies Greens/EFA Group <http://www.greens-efa.eu/36-details/josefsson-erik-138.html> GSM: +32484082063 BXL: PHS 04C075 TEL: +3222832667 SBG: WIC M03005 TEL: +33388173776
