Not from Antwerp, but as a co-founder of LOAD (I'm not active in it anymore due to time constraints though), I can say LOAD is not really a good place for UbuntuBE.
Don't get me wrong. As this is the third edition already, LOAD can in time become the fosdem of administrators. That being said, since it's really geared towards sys admininstration, it's not really a place for a Loco as such.
