Omi, Esses pacotes desta forma exigiriam que alguém estivesse sempre online para dispor... Não é muito legal como torrent devido a lentidão e as consequencias que este dá para a internet (upload topado sempre). O ideal era que as universidades liberassem seus repositórios para acesso externo.
