A intraestrutura dos servidores está mudando com a chegada do lançamento
oficial, entao se esses servidores estiverem em manutencao é normal esse
tipo de mensagem de erro.
archive.ubuntu.com dapper é o repositório principal com o qual os
mirrors serao atualizados e muda com muita frequencia horaria seus
arquivos, use os mirrors como br.archive.ubuntu.com ou
us.archive.ubuntu.com cuja frequencia de atualizacao é menor, mas menos
sujeita a manutencao.

instalei ontem o Dapper RC utilizando o CD Desktop (Live + Instalação).
Em princípio a instalação ocorreu sem problemas, no entanto, quando fui
instalar uns pacotes adicionais hoje, pela internet, não estou
