Você sabe se:
   HorizSync    28-51
   VertRefresh    43-60

Estão certos pro seu monitor?
Tive o mesmo problema com monitores aqui do trabalho e era só isso.

Aqui por exemplo é
        HorizSync       30-70
        VertRefresh     50-160
