De forma geral, é melhor mostrar a saída do terminal, sem edição.

É este teu IP address? para o port 2928, há algum programa a usá-lo? E aonde
está sshd_config -- /etc/ssh?

ssh_config contém a configuração default para o *cliente*, não o servidor.
Tente, também, executar o sshd no terminal:
