Não basta atribuir as partições, tem que comentar ou descomentar, no final de cada linha das partições selecionadas.
Pelo que pude observar o Automatix2 gera duplicidade no sources.list, mas descomenta automaticamente as linhas em duplicidade que foram originalmente instaladas pelo Edgy. Se esse procedimento não ocorreu, descomente manualmente.
