Olá pessoal :-) Tenho tentado instalar uma versão nova do Network Manager e a casa ./configure que faço ele pede novas coisas, senão vejamos:

Alternatively, you may set the environment variables HAL_CFLAGS and HAL_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config. See the pkg-config man page for more details. Acho que o Sistema pede para setar uma variável chamada HAL, com o pkg-config, também acho que é porquê tentei instalar no diretório /home/otluiz/NetworkManager-0.6.4$ Como faço isso pra setar essa variável, ou se opcionalmente tenho que instalar em outro diretório , e se é assim qual é o padrão ??
