se for o gerenciador padrao do windows (o ntldr, NTLoader) ele reconhece sim e funciona muito bem....eu uso em algumas maquinas.....alias, o arquivo de configuracao dele (boot.ini, q fica na raiz do seu sistema) permite fazer uma porcao de coisas com ele...procure a sintaxe do boot.ini no google q vc acha facil, facil...
