Você tem que usar(configurar no X) o driver da sua placa, que como é igual a minha, é o "i810". Conforme a mensagem abaixo, parece que está usando agora o driver genérico "vesa". Instale o pacote abaixo e depois configure o xorg.conf para usar o driver i810, que é o mais atualizado para o driver da intel. sudo apt-get install xserver-xorg-video-i810 []s Allison Almeida.
