Eu sei que metodos de "unerase" são praticos/possiveis/seguros em file systems baseadas em ext2/ext3. Assim como existem dezenas de metodos para unerase, como o do link (o midnight commander tem algo assim built-in). Quanto a outros tipos de fs aí já não sei dizer.
