Significa que voce tem 2.265megas ou 2,25G de RAM, um absurdo ! Se voce tem mesmo 2,75G de RAM, onde estão os outros 500M ? Eu até sei que existe a barreira dos 4G para sistemas de 32bits que acabam ficando com 3G, mas ela existe para além dos 3G e não menos disso. Lamentável que seu sistema tenha detectado isso, mas faz o seguinte no menu do grub escolha o item "teste de memória" ou memtest e veja quanto este software detecta de RAM.
