Que bom! =] Bom mais uma dica: Quando está na tela de login o meu notebook fica com uns tremidos em determinada área da tela. testei várias configurações e estava para voltar pro 8.04 (sou perfeccionista). Até que tentei algo que deu certo. Lá no xorg.conf modifique onde tem 1280x800 para 1280x720. Aqui funconou perfeitamente! Abraço.
