Recomendo deixar esse server aqui: server pool.ntp.org Mas, é normal de inicio as estações não sincronizarem. Quando você inicia o servidor ntp, ele entra em stratum 16. Espere de 5 a 10 minutos para ele sincronizar e chegar a stratum 2, daí as estações sincronizarão.
