Se você tiver um roteador pode ser por causa dele a low id. tem vários tutoriais na net explicando como contornar o problema, (os que são para emule vão funcionar aqui também). Como estas rodando de uma estação windows, veja no windows se o emule funciona bem com as duas redes, (kad e edonkey), e se tiver, em tese configurando para o amule usar aas mesmas portas que usas emule no windows tem boas chances de funcionar com a mesma id =)
