Esqueça o ndiswrapper. Olha esse link: http://www.vivaolinux.com.br/dica/Broadcom-BCM4312-com-driver-nativo-do-Linux Existe driver para Linux oficial e o no Ubuntu 11.10 já existe driver no kernel.
