I looked at some other bugs worked on by Charlie; all of them seem correct, expect https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/qtsmbstatus/+bug/300445: A status of "In Progress" requires an assignee: it means working is being done on the bug, so somebody must be performing it.
