> Do you promise to be polite to bug reporters even > if they are rude to you or Ubuntu? Have you signed the Ubuntu Code of Conduct? I do, and I have. > Have you read Bugs/HowToTriage, Bugs/Assignment, > Bugs/Status and Bugs/Importance? Do you have any > questions about that documentation? Yes. To the second one not really, mostly familiar with those having used Launchpad since 2005. HowToTriage however seems like a document that's good to go back to whenever in doubt. > What sensitive data should you look for in a private Apport crash report bug > before making it public? Passwords, bank account numbers, why not even GSM numbers and such personal details. The wiki mentioned also CSS keys (DVD). > Is there a particular package or group of packages that you are interested in > helping out with? Yes. Translations and X.org DDX driver related bugs. That's what I've been doing anyway. > Please list five or more bugs which you have triaged. I'm not sure if these present what was wished, but some examples: https://bugs.launchpad.net/xserver-xorg-driver-ati/+bug/15219 (upstream browsing, testing, separating from non-duplicate bug) https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/karmic/+source/avahi/+bug/327362 (confirming, improving description, testing) https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubiquity/+bug/334284 (testing/confirming) https://bugs.launchpad.net/debian/+source/gnash/+bug/338074 (vcs guidance) https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/language-selector/+bug/441321 (delivering screenshots of the problem flow) - would rate as medium (for language-selector) All in all I seem to have been part of handling 722 bug reports:http://preview.tinyurl.com/ya4hdh4 -Timo _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-bugcontrol Post to : [email protected] Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-bugcontrol More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
