This looks like a duplicate of bug 432860. Laurent's comment that this
bug was fixed with an update makes sense, as this bug got fixed with the
2.6.31.6 kernel updated on January 6, 2010 (see bug 480144).

The warning that you continue to get is actually a different bug. WARNING: at

dev_watchdog+0x262/0x270() is not related to the inotify_remove_from_idr
warning.
