Sure, I can change it. I'll do the change and reboot ... We'll have an answer in about 30 Minutes.
Another thing that I was thinking about is ... The `/etc/hostname` of the System is `ubuntuworkstation01` and the DHCP-assigned (or should I say "registered" ?) hostname is apparently `WORKSTATION01`(probably because for dual-boot machines I want the same DHCP IP Lease assigned, yet want different hostnames set on OS level). Could this be (one of) the causes of the Issue ? /etc/hostname seems to be included in the Initramfs: ``` root@ubuntuworkstation01:~# lsinitramfs /boot/initrd.img* | grep -i hostname etc/hostname usr/bin/hostname usr/lib/dhcpcd/dhcpcd-hooks/30-hostname etc/hostname usr/bin/hostname usr/lib/dhcpcd/dhcpcd-hooks/30-hostname ``` And ``` root@ubuntuworkstation01:~# cat /etc/hostname ubuntuworkstation01 ``` -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2064926 Title: dhcpcd stuck for 5 Minutes (300 Seconds) during Boot Process (LUKS/Clevis Autounlock) To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/dhcpcd/+bug/2064926/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
