Binary package hint: firefox
Sometimes, closing down firefox doesn't kill the underlying firefox-bin
process, meaning that upon reloading it nothing happens. If I reload
twice, it pops up with the 'Firefox is already loaded' dialog. It is
killable via 'killall firefox-bin' or the System Monitor, though.
