Public bug reported:
There are several kinds of crashes with SciTE.
1) clicking on the open icon in the toolbar. Pressing Ctrl-O works usually.
2) Opening the Local Options file as a normal user ends in a crash, no problems
as 'sudo'.
3) Clicking on the menu bar
It seems that there these problems are due to permissions.
