Ok, that's not a bug then and not caused by the gstreamer plugin but
caused by esd and realplayer using your soundcard at the same time while
your soundcard doesn't support this. The only way around this is
probably disabling esd as it shouldn't be used by anything out there
anyway and to get the realplayer guys to port their player to alsa...
