If you are using KDE you should be able to resize the window using by holding down the Alt key, right-clicking somewhere near the right of the window, and dragging it to a more sensible size. If that doesn't work, hold down Alt and left click in the window and drag it so that you can see the side of the window, and then resize it. Hopefully, the next time you open Kexi, it should open at the size you set it to (but I haven't checked).
