Public bug reported:

The StarterBar desklet for GDesklets allows desktop entries to be dragged from
the desktop, panel or menu onto the bar, but when this is done with Firefox it
uses arizona.edu for the homepage.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Start GDesklets (Applications>GDesklets)
2) Add StarterBar desklet by right clicking on system-tray icon and selecting
Manage Desklets, select "Toolbars/Launchers" and double click on StarterBar
3) Place the desklet on the dektop with left click
4) Drag the Firefox menu entry from Applciations>Internet onto the starter bar
5) Click the new Firefox entry on the starterbar
6) Firefox will open showing www.arizona.edu
Changing the launch command from "firefox %u" to "firefox" (by right clicking
on the starter bar entry and selecting "Edit Starter") makes Firefox use the
correct homepage.

** Affects: gdesklets-data (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Untriaged
         Status: Unconfirmed
