Binary package hint: libmysqlclient15off
Dapper
1) install LAMP server.
2) add universe to sources.list
3) install ee (which probabley does not have anything to do with the problem)
4) change dhcp to static addres (which probabley does not have anything to do
with the problem)
5) apt-get dist-uptrade
=> the system hangs the sytem when installing libmysqlclient15off.
Steps 1, 2, 5 are (most likely) enought to repeat the problem. Perhaps
even 1 and 5.
