I'm not experienced enough to assist you with configuring firestarter :)
If you're convinced it's not a configuration issue and that firestarter
is broken, you may want to file a bug against firestarter. Before doing
so, I would suggest you try forums, IRC channels, the mailing lists to
see if anybody can help you out with configuring it. Thanks for taking
