Public bug reported:
In my case I installed a new Breezy, upgraded to Dapper and rebooted.
The default Human theme has broken buttons (consult attached files for
an example). One other theme exhibits the same behaviour. The legacy
Human theme (also attached for comparison) doesn't exhibit this problem.
