I've now removed the Include lines, but when i only have the line
'Listen 127.0.0.1:631 or *:631 in my cupsd.conf the restart error is
still there. When i only have the line Listen /var/run/cups/cups.sock in
the config file i can't even run the web administration.

These are the lines in my error_log:

I [02/Jul/2006:09:05:16 +0200] Loaded MIME database from '/etc/cups': 34 types, 
38 filters...
I [02/Jul/2006:09:05:16 +0200] Loading job cache file 
"/var/cache/cups/job.cache"...
I [02/Jul/2006:09:05:16 +0200] Full reload complete.
