Indeed. I do not know where it comes from, but debian/rules unlinks po/*.gmo,
but leaves po/stamp-po in its "clean" target. So the *.gmo's do not get
recreated.
Please either remove stamp-po too or do not remove these files. I think dapper
needs a translated gnucash.
