Hi, thanks for your bug report. I may be wrong on this but I guess it would be very helpful if you could report this issue upstream. That is, go to http://qa.openoffice.org/issue_handling/pre_submission.html and report the bug.
Then, in this page, put a link to the upstream bug report by using the option "Also Affects Upstream" on the top left menu.
