The reported /dev/tty AppArmor problem is totally unrelated and also
totally harmless. It occurs everywhere, but is purely cosmetical.
First, let's find out why /var/log/cups/error_log cannot get created,
since this is required for further debug steps. What is the output of
ls -ld /var/log/cups/
and does
sudo touch /var/log/cups/error_log
work?
