@jwishnie You can get the needed IDs amongst others from your Xorg.0.log. Search for "(II) PCI: PCI scan (all values are in hex)". In the case of Transtec PCI 00:02:0 is used so the relevant part is "(II) PCI: 00:02:0: chip 8086,2a02 card 1509,2f15 rev 03 class 03,00,00 hdr 80". It should be easier to test the upstream xorg.conf workaround described above at first.
