Binary package hint: totem
I use Ubuntu 8.04. I just installed XUbuntu a few days ago. I clicked on
an mpeg video clip to play and got video, but no sound in Totem media
player. Other players VLC and MPlayer work fine. I tried a wmv clip as
well, still no sound.

I use xubuntu. When playing videos in Totem media player I only get video, no
sound. This happened with mpg, wmv etc.
