Actually, this bug only affects upstream F-spot in the sense that it
keeps it from being able to compile -- it's a dependency issue.  I'd
imagine that if you're going that route, it also affects every other C#
package that uses libgtk2.0-cil.

Either it should be marked as affecting all libgtk2.0 apps or none.  In
reality, it's libgtk2.0 that depends on this.  Dependencies to other
applications come through libgtk2.0.  It just happened to be discovered
while I was compiling F-spot.
