Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: thunderbird

Other applications are rendered without issue. However, Mozilla Thunderbird
shows without a title bar or Ubuntu's "footer" bar. I first noticed this
problem only after switching to dual monitor. This occurs on the main screen
of the dual monitor setup.
1) Ubuntu 8.04
2) Thunderbird 2.0.0.16
3) Expect to see an application title bar and a "footer" bar with the hide all
windows icon
4) Instead, Thunderbird has no title bar, cuts off the "footer" bar, and there
appears to be no way to resize it
