Public bug reported: Binary package hint: pidgin
The Bonjour protocol in pidgin 2.4.1 does not display links or formatted text after or followed by unformatted text. Example: "Ubuntu is great: http://www.ubuntu.com/"; Is received as: "Ubuntu is great:" The same applies if you format certain words.
